Incest occurs at the level that a lot of hard to believe. While the actual incidence could not be fully realized, it is believed that 25% of adults at least once abused as a child.

It is important that adults recognize and help stop this terrible problem. Recognizing incest may not always be easy. The victims will often never reported the incident. Many countries will develop amnesia as events around him to survive the pain.

The first step for adults suspected of incest in their families are reported to the appropriate authorities. Incest should not be allowed to be swept under the carpet.

The fourth step is to realize that the perpetrators of incest may have been a victim of his own. While every actor should not be allowed to repeat their bad behavior, it is important to realize that they need help, too. This may not be easy to do this, but it is very important.

Incest memories may never become clear to the victim. They may always question itself. Did the incident happen? No one may ever know for sure.
